These terms govern use of the Aventine Alliance website and membership services. Aventine Alliance is operated by Lead Control Media, LLC.
About Aventine Alliance
Aventine Alliance is a membership organization for licensed medical clinics, med spas, and aesthetic practices. Members join for access to a clinic procurement network and vendor coordination. Aventine Alliance connects member practices with vetted licensed suppliers.
Aventine Alliance does not take ownership of, warehouse, or ship product. Aventine Alliance does not provide clinical, medical, or regulatory guidance, and nothing communicated by Aventine Alliance should be interpreted as such. Purchasing decisions, clinical decisions, and regulatory compliance remain the responsibility of the member practice and its licensed professionals.
Membership
Membership is available to licensed practices and is subject to verification. Aventine Alliance may decline or end a membership at its discretion.
SMS Terms
By providing your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted by text, you consent to receive text messages from Aventine Alliance regarding your membership, supplier introductions, pricing made available by suppliers, and order coordination.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Messages are sent to business contacts only. We do not send text messages to consumers or patients.
- To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of membership or of any purchase.

Suppliers and third parties
Aventine Alliance does not manufacture, compound, own, or distribute any product. Suppliers introduced through Aventine Alliance are independent third parties. Any transaction, agreement, pricing, or product-related matter is between the member practice and the supplier. Aventine Alliance makes no representation or warranty regarding any third-party product or service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aventine Alliance and Lead Control Media, LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from membership or from any transaction between a member and a supplier.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the most recent update.
