Aventine Alliance ("Aventine Alliance," "we," "us") is a membership organization that connects licensed medical clinics, med spas, and aesthetic practices with vetted licensed suppliers. Aventine Alliance is operated by Lead Control Media, LLC. This policy explains what information we collect from business contacts and how we use it.
Who this policy covers
Aventine Alliance communicates with business contacts — owners, physicians, practice managers, and staff at licensed practices. We do not knowingly collect information from consumers or patients, and we do not collect or store patient health information.
Information we collect
- Business contact information: name, job title, practice or business name, business address, business email address, and mobile or office phone number.
- Membership and account information: membership status, supplier introductions made, procurement activity, and order coordination records.
- Communication records: notes, call records, emails, and text message history associated with a business contact, along with the date and representative involved.
- Consent records: whether a contact has agreed to be contacted by text message, the date consent was given, and the representative who obtained it. When consent is given on our website, we record the time, the version of the consent wording shown, the page it was given on, and the IP address it was submitted from.
How we use this information
- To provide and administer membership in Aventine Alliance.
- To introduce member practices to vetted licensed suppliers.
- To communicate pricing made available by suppliers, coordinate orders, and service accounts.
- To respond to questions and requests from business contacts.
- To maintain records of consent and communication as required for compliance.
SMS messaging
Business contacts who provide a mobile number and agree to be contacted by text may receive messages from Aventine Alliance regarding membership status, their Founding 100 signup (including scheduling and follow-up), supplier introductions, pricing, and order coordination. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance.
SMS consent is never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
Mobile information, including mobile phone numbers and SMS consent, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Who we share information with
We share limited business contact information with licensed suppliers only where necessary to make an introduction or coordinate an order that a member has requested. We may also share information with service providers who operate our systems on our behalf, such as our customer relationship management and communications platforms, and where required by law.
We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses first-party cookies and analytics tools, including Meta and Footprint, to measure visits, ad performance, and form submissions (such as the name, email and phone you enter when you apply). We do not collect payment card or password information through these tools.
How long we keep information
We retain business contact and communication records for as long as a practice remains a member and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and compliance purposes.
Your choices
Business contacts may ask us to correct or delete their information, or to stop contacting them, at any time. Replying STOP to any text message stops text messages immediately.
